"Petite Suite" is a suite for string orchestra, intended for younger players. The suite is built around a motif based on the name of a friend: Kevin (DEABG). Each movement is designed to be easy to play while also being enjoyable and musically interesting. The piece strives to create harmonically intriguing sonorities without resorting to overly complex notation.
